How problems would be handled

After-hours gate help

Plan: your code works around the clock. If the gate fails, you call or send a request.

The plan is 24/7 code or credential access for customers. FleetHaven does not claim staff on site 24/7. If your code or the gate fails outside attended hours, you would call a posted support number or send a request from your account.

This prototype shows no phone number, because no support line exists yet. The demo dashboard includes a support request path, so you can see how it would work.

Cancellations and no-shows

Plan: cancel early and pay nothing. Cancel late or skip the night and one night is kept.

Placeholder policy: cancel more than 24 hours before your arrival window and the illustrative charge is released in full. Inside 24 hours, one illustrative night is retained.

Placeholder no-show policy: if you do not arrive within 4 hours after your selected arrival time, the space may be released to another customer and one illustrative night is retained.

Monthly allocations follow the notice period in the recurring agreement rather than nightly cancellation rules.

Payment failure

Plan: if a payment fails, you get a notice and time to fix it before access stops.

Placeholder policy: a failed recurring payment triggers a notice, a retry schedule and a grace period before access credentials are suspended. Fleet accounts on invoice or net terms follow the terms in their agreement.

No live processor is connected to this prototype and no payment credentials are collected anywhere on this site.

Incidents and damage claims

Plan: report it through your account. Cameras help, but they cannot prevent loss.

Placeholder process: report the incident through your account or the support route, provide unit and time details, and FleetHaven would preserve relevant available records for the applicable retention period.

Camera coverage and LiveView are deterrence and record-keeping tools. They are not a guarantee that loss or damage will be prevented, and FleetHaven is not an insurer.

Insurance requirements

Plan: bring current insurance on your equipment. Your coverage stays your responsibility.

Placeholder requirement: a current certificate of insurance covering the stored equipment, with FleetHaven named as certificate holder. Final limits and wording are subject to counsel and final agreements.

Physical damage and cargo coverage remain the customer's responsibility.

Abandoned equipment

Plan: equipment left after the paid term, with no contact, can be treated as abandoned.

Placeholder policy: equipment left beyond the paid term without contact would be treated as abandoned after written notice and the statutory period under applicable North Carolina law, with lien and removal remedies as permitted.

Exact notice periods and remedies are not finalized in this prototype.

Yard rules

Plan: park, rest and store here. Do not run a repair shop in the yard.

No fuel or DEF sales, no restaurant, no large convenience retail and no passenger EV charging by FleetHaven.

No engine, transmission or body work, major welding or uncontrolled fluid-intensive repairs in the yard. Approved independent mobile providers may perform limited work as described on the mobile service page.

Idling, speed, waste disposal and lot-use rules would be published before opening.
