Zone-limited camera visibility for eligible customers

LiveView would show you one fixed camera view of the area where your equipment is parked. You cannot move the camera. It does not promise that loss or damage will be prevented.

What LiveView is — and is not

Design limits

  • Fixed or zone-limited views only. No customer pan, tilt or zoom.
  • No audio is captured or delivered to customers.
  • Views are limited to the zone associated with your reservation; other customers, drivers and assets are masked or framed out where practical.
  • LiveView is a visibility feature, not a security guarantee. It does not promise prevention of loss or damage.
  • Imagery in this prototype is synthetic. No footage from any real property is streamed or imitated.

Entitlement and privacy

Access is tied to an active reservation or monthly allocation and to the zone that allocation sits in. Fleet accounts can grant LiveView to specific administrators rather than to every driver. Camera URLs, device addresses and credentials are never exposed to customers.
