What a recurring agreement would include
Recurring terms
- Month-to-month, 6-month or 12-month illustrative terms.
- Automatic recurring billing on the first of the month (illustrative).
- 30-day written notice to end a month-to-month allocation.
- Allocation is by position or by pooled area depending on final site design.
- Abandoned-equipment handling follows the published policy placeholder.
Insurance and COI requirements
- Certificate of insurance (COI) naming FleetHaven as certificate holder — final wording subject to counsel and operating agreements.
- Commercial auto liability covering the stored equipment.
- Physical damage / cargo coverage is the customer's responsibility. FleetHaven is not an insurer and does not guarantee against loss or damage.
- Valid registration and DOT/MC number where applicable.
