Staffing

FleetHaven does not claim staff on site 24/7. Office and attended hours would be posted before opening, with an after-hours route for gate problems.

    Graded compacted gravel yard surface

    The secured parking and storage yard is planned as professionally graded, compacted crushed-stone gravel, built and maintained for heavy trucks and graded to drain. It is not asphalt or concrete. Spaces are marked with numbered posts, bollards, wheel stops and edge markers instead of painted stripes. A short paved apron may be used at the gate.

A separate fuel and convenience pad may later be leased to an independent operator. That business — not FleetHaven — would sell fuel, DEF, snacks and hot food. No operator has been selected.
