FleetHaven™ is in development and is not yet built. Fenced. Gated. Lit. Watched. describes our planned design philosophy.
Planned perimeter fencing
Planned: a continuous perimeter fence defining the storage area and deterring unauthorized access. The final fence line and access points will be set through the design and approval process.
Planned controlled access
Planned: controlled gate access with customer credentials. Gate configuration, hours and operating procedures will be set through engineering and permitting.
Planned site lighting
Planned: site lighting across access, circulation and storage areas. The final lighting design will depend on site conditions and applicable requirements.
Planned camera coverage
Planned: camera coverage as a deterrence and incident-documentation measure. Camera locations, coverage and recording policies will be set before opening.
Security measures cannot guarantee protection against theft, loss or damage. No existing monitoring service or on-site staffing is being offered.
These priorities apply to the whole yard, including equipment, materials and vehicle storage. Final systems are listed as not yet decided on Development Status.
