Machinery between projects, materials staged for a coming job and containers holding business assets all need room. FleetHaven starts with those outdoor storage needs, with truck and trailer parking as a substantial supporting use.
The aim is a considered yard, with usable space, circulation and access needs evaluated together. These are planning priorities, not a description of an operating facility.
One first chapter in North Carolina
Our first planned gravel yard is in Cumberland County, outside Fayetteville city limits and near I-295. This North Carolina location is the foundation for FleetHaven's future.
Our ambition is to grow nationally over time, guided by the practical needs of businesses. We are starting with a focused plan for this first location.
